REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the product we cannot process a return unless if the product got damaged by the courier, or as per the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) compliance, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is defective, not fit for purpose or do not match the description, in which case it’s your responsibility to ensure the product is in perfect form when the couriers hand it over, and if it’s not request a refund immediately, refund request are acceptable within a 7day period after receiving the product.
We do our best to avoid any such issues as damaged orders to avoid your inconvenience.

SHIPPING POLICY
1.shipping rates
-R100 flat rate delivery fee applies on each order
-free delivery on all orders over R500
2.processing and delivery times
-orders are dispatched within one or two days after payment confirmation
-delivery takes 1-3 working days for main cities and up to 5working days for outlying areas
-orders are shipped via: Courier guy and aramex for door to door delivery. postnet and pep Paxi for nearest branch collection.

- We ship nationwide within South Africa, we currently don’t offer international shipping.
